We do not accept returns on hair "extensions" or

Hair re-growth products are only covered by any applicable manufacturer guarantee.
Returns on flat irons and other electrical appliances within 10 days of the original purchase date. Beyond 10 days, please follow the manufacturers return policy.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment whenever possible. If you arrive late, it may become necessary to reschedule your appointment or your service so that the next client is not inconvenienced.
